For the money we paid, the apartment at Apartamentos Bahia Playa was phenomenal. It was spacious, modern, and had a fantastic balcony with a view of the sea and Mount Teide. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach and close to the heart of the town. The staff, especially Daniel at the reception, were superb and made our stay even better.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We liked the apartment and its great location. It's within walking distance of Loro Parque. Free parking is on-site.

i can recommend staying here. clean property just next door to the airport, puerto de la cruz and punta brava, the center of puerto de la cruz. affable staff with good travel recommendations. a shower, hairdryers and a bidet available. magnificent setting close to nice beach. it's nestled in nice building.

This place is a great base for having fun and exploring the area, and the staff is very friendly and pleasant, overall I really enjoyed it.

Nice apartment, excellent location close to town square and harbour area, a really nice beach with a wonderful beach bar serving tapas and danish pastries to die for from dawn to dusk and the restaurant operates. Bonus points for kitchen. Good pool, very pleasant staff.

I recently stayed at Bahia Playa in Puerto de la Cruz for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beautiful beach and just a short walk from the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has multiple pools that are well-maintained, and the wifi connection is reliable. The half board option provided delicious and varied food, ensuring we never got bored of the menu. our stay at Bahia Playa was perfect and I would definitely return.

The bed was comfortable and the place was clean, and the staff at the apartment were friendly.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with only a short walk to the beach. the spacious apartment was a great feature, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. the buffet breakfast and evening meals were a convenient option.

the hob on the oven was extremely slow and old-fashioned, making cooking a bit frustrating. the key card for the underground car park did not work, but luckily there was street parking available.

This was a great place to stay for my trip to Puerto de la Cruz, and I really enjoyed my time there.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel's decoration. The traditional island-inspired design and warm colors made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for us seniors, with ramps and elevators available. It was such a pleasure to be able to move around freely and comfortably without any obstacles.

I wish the children working there were more attentive to the needs of us senior guests. A little more assistance and consideration towards our mobility and special requirements would have made our vacation even better.

We had the nicest time at Bahia Playa, thanks to the fantastic staff! Daniel, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. the rest of the reception staff were also super nice and always willing to assist. the restaurant staff, especially Christopher, cooked our requests to perfection. the overall experience was made even more wonderful by the excellent service provided by the entire Bahia Playa team. the room had a cozy feel, with lovely decorations that made us feel at home. the location of the apartments was excellent, with a great view of the sea. We also enjoyed the spacious apartment and the nearby attractions, such as the beaches and old parts of Puerto de la Cruz. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 😊.
